The durability of SUNGRIP is such that it is used in products with a service life of over 10 years. In addition, the fabric is not torn but stretched at the time of attachment, so the threads are less likely to break and the design of the Socket and Stud hold shut firmly. This makes it harder for the button to come loose and makes it easier to snap into place.

Q.What are the different parts CAP, SOCKET, STUD and POST?
A plastic snap is made up of four parts: A Cap, a Socket, a Stud and a Post. To attach it, insert the leg of the Cap into the hole of the Socket and the leg of the Post into the Stud. Press the tip of the legs with a machine to attach them in place.
Q.How do I install it?
A dedicated installation machine and Die Set (Tool Set) are used for installation. Installation machines include hand press machines, foot press machines, semi-automatic machines, and fully-automatic machines. We also rent them out. While the Full-automatic machines do not need a tool set, Hand press machines, foot press machines, and semi-automatic machines need a common tool set to attach the snaps.
Q.Do I need to drill holes into the fabric before installing?
If you are using a dedicated installation machine, depending on the fabric, holes are generally not required.
Q.What's the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
It differs for different models. On an average, 2000 sets.
Q.Is DTM (Dyed-to-Match) available?
Yes! We offer both Normal and High Pressure Dyeing options. We would need the Fabric sent to us (or the appropriate Pantone Color) in order to proceed with dyeing.
Q.Can I iron over the Snap?
At 110°C, the snaps start changing shape due to heat. We recommend using a pressing cloth while ironing to avoid damage to the fabric and snaps.
